Stüssy offers a 30-day return window for all items purchased through our online store, provided they are in original, unworn condition with all tags attached. Please note that certain limited-edition releases and sale items may be designated as final sale and ineligible for return.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in the original shipping box or similar protective packaging, ensuring the packing slip is included inside.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the pre-paid return shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand over your package to the designated carrier and retain your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
